Five stages, one accountable team.

Confidential intake

An initial conversation with a principal — under confidentiality from the first exchange. We listen first, then frame the question, the decision behind it, and the timeline it has to answer to.

Scoping & engagement

We propose a scope written to the matter: the questions we will answer, the sources and methods we will use, the deliverables, the team, and a fixed read on cost and timing. No expanding mandates, no surprises.

S/03

Fieldwork & sourcing

Primary research, human-source inquiry, on-the-ground sourcing, and open-source collection — conducted in-language by senior analysts in the relevant geography. Every input is logged and the chain of evidence is preserved.

S/04

Verification & review

Every finding is sourced, cross-checked, and challenged by a second principal before it leaves the firm. Where the evidence is contested, we say so plainly and show the basis for our judgment.

S/05

Delivery & briefing

Findings are delivered in a clear, written report — sourced, risk-rated, and built to withstand legal, regulatory, and commercial scrutiny — and walked through in a senior briefing. We remain available as the decision proceeds.
